1. I was working with "M/S. Castrol India Ltd." as a 'Dispatch

Clerk' thorough contract agency (1999-2008).

Work Profile

A. My work was related to dispatch of mail, cheques, invoices, parcels,

promotional items, oil samples & chemicals etc. to the Companies

various locations in India as well as outside India through postal &

courier service. I was maintaining inward & outward register for

incoming & outgoing mail & other items. I was keeping track of each

consignment & informing to the concern department.

B. I have an ability to make Self-Correspondence. It's was a part of my

job to make queries, complaints and other correspondence with postal

authorities & courier service providers related to consignments, bill

etc.

C. I have assisted Material Dept. (Chemical & Engg. Section) for filing

work & preparing work orders/purchase orders etc.

D. I have also handling store dept's work. That work was related to

3. I was workings working with "M/S. Afza Trading Co." for Six Months

from July 2011 to December 2011 as a "Office Assistant". My job related

to preparing Transport permit, indent and Sales Register. I am also

Assisting their staff for taking stock, maintain excise Registers. The

job is professional in nature.

4. I was working with "M/s. K. P. Enterprises" as a 'Data Entry Operator'

for 6 months (January 2012 - June 2012).

5. I was working with "Saritsa Foundation" as an 'Office Assistant' for

3 months.

6. At present I am working with "Sigma Tech India Ltd." as an 'Mail Room

Operator' from January' 2013. My work is related to collect documents

from various companies of 'M/s. Essar' & 'M/s. Aegis' and bring those

to DMS section for scanning and return it back to the concern companies

after digitization and registration of barcode numbers. Also I am doing

filing work.
