Responsible for tracking and assigning online Safety training for all division employees in North America and coordinating on-site safety training for local division employees in Raleigh, NC offices. Compilation of safety monthly statistics for all division sites and off-site projects. Facilitate building Safety Committee, preparation of meeting minutes and agendas as well as follow up with building safety issues with appropriate personnel. Ensure that Material Safety Data Sheets for off-site projects are kept current. Preparation and distribution of Safety Binders for off-site projects. Responsible for recording incidents and hours worked for multiple locations into Intelex system, a company web-based management system that optimize business performance, enable regulatory compliance, and streamline ISO initiatives.
