Quality and Customer Champion: Instituted a Corrective Action / Preventive

Action (CAPA) and Quality Control Process Control ("No Escapes") that cut

defective product escapes by identifying areas in the production system

where potential quality failures may occur and putting measures in place to

prevent such failures from occurring

Responsible for overall product quality for /Assembly Trim 1/2 areas, 4

Quality Control Technicians for each of the teams, while creating and

charting their individual daily assignments through the use of score cards.

Weekly audit of Assembly Trim areas through Layered Processed Audits (LPAs)

driving improvements such as corrective/preventive actions.

> Reduced Top 5 Bedrock customer complaint issues through cross

functional team meeting and utilization of Quality tools; i.e. Fault

reproduction costs.

. Reduced monthly scrap cost of $75,000 -$90,000 a month for 10
