• Seeking to obtain a position which would allow expansion of knowledge and hands on

experience, on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

S umma ry of Qualifications

REPAIR

• I solated/Tested faulty wiring, components and circuitry using DMM and/or VOM’s

• Repaired/installed residential comfort cooling/heating equipment and thermostats

• Set-up, start-up and use standard test and refrigeration equipment to correctly charge units

• Detected/repair leaking or damaged coils, line sets, king valves and other components

• Removed and replaced new and re-manufactured electric motors, verified correct amp draw

• Calculate superheat and sub-cool, verify and isolate air f low and or mechanical problems

ASSEMBLY

• I nterpreted revised/current documents and blueprints to insure correct assembly

• D isassemble, reassemble residential A/H for installation in attic and terminate wiring as

required

• Used military specification soldering techniques and brazing

• Construct and install duct materials as required per code

• Assemble new equipment wiring, controls, retrofit harnessing and housings to finished product

I NSPECTION

• E nsured quality of products through I SO standards and company procedures

• Documented manufacturing errors, ECN's and rework orders

• E nsure system is free of moisture, non-condensibles and air by vacuuming system to 500 microns

• P rocessed incoming equipment with visual inspections for damage or incorrect products

• I mplement manufacturers changes to equipment through literature and company directives
