Achievements

I have been working with CIMS CAMPUS as a Office Driver Cum Administrative

Assistant Rajagiriya Colombo from 10th June, 2008 to up to now. And

Previously I was worked with the Development Alternatives, Inc (United

State Agency for International Development. (USAID contractor) from

November 2004 and worked with the Pearl hospital (pvt) Ltd, as Office

Driver for over Two and half years. JPR International (pvt) Ltd as Office

Driver for Seven month.

Responsibilities:

. Operate all types of vehicles owned or leased by DAI as directed by

the Chief of Party, the Operations Manager or Regional Program Manager

adhering to all local traffic laws, regulations and USAID rules.

. Maintain the vehicle in a neat, clean and operable condition, washing

and dusting the vehicle regularly and polishing the vehicle once a

week.

. Perform first echelon maintenance of the vehicle before driving, i.e.

checking tires, oil, water, gasoline, lights etc.

. Submit written report of each accident, no matter how inconsequential

it may have been. Submit written reports on any operating or

maintenance defects noticed while driving the vehicle.

. Provided chauffeur facility to all program staff, and dignitaries when

required, on field trips.

. Drive the vehicle with caution to avoid possible harm to passengers,

to others and to the vehicle.

. Maintain the running sheets for the vehicles in proper order.

. Auditing of grant & infrastructure documents.

. Attends to other office matters such as photocopying, deliveries,

sundry purchases and any other work as directed by the Chief of Party,

the Operations Manager or Regional Program Manager.
