JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

V Metallurgicalanalysis\ R and D \ Mechanical testing, chemical testing,

spectrometer analysis and maintenance also\ manpower handling.

V Tensile test, Impact test, dwtt test, Hardness test, Inclusion rating

etc.

V AMC and Calibration maintain all Lab equipments.

V Data collection & Raw material and failure analysis.

V Co-ordination for internal, third party inspection, sampling, testing

& dispatches for smooth disposition of products.

V Proper manpower planning in shift for quality control.

TPIA such as EIL, GLIS, Velosi, SGS, ICS, BVIS, ITI, DNV and ABS etc.

Developments & Achievements in WCL

> To reduce the discrepancies about the material assignments, disposition

& final certification, which is generally created by Mktg., Desp. & QC

accordingly with together & this activity developed in SAP to maintain

the proper tracking among of all these activity in my individual

presence and opinion.

> Development of new SAP module for Mill Test Certificate preparation

from existing one.

> Sample preparation & providing the same method of testing of through

thickness test ('Z' test).

> Change the sample preparation method of ASTM, API, DIN, IS, EN, DNV,

LR, etc standards as per related specifications..

> Lab instrument / Equipments Calibration as per NABL requirement.

> Development of In house calibration method.

> DNV, LR, GL, IBR certification related all testing.
