Used a unique "business as missions" model to reach people for Christ and

disciple them at Mexican universities. Served as a pastoral mentor,

speaker and ministry leader at Ichthus, an international Christian

leadership school.

. Launched six student-led global outsourcing businesses using biblical

principles.

. Led a staff team of 30 teachers and administrators to launch a

stronger a campus academic program.

. Organized and spoke at numerous university conferences, seminars and

workshops sharing Christ with 10 to 2,000 students and faculty

do multi-church worship services, outreaches and service projects.

Bridgeway Community Church - Arlington, VA 1999 - 2002

CHURCH PLANTER / LEAD PASTOR

Planted and grew a multicultural community church using relevant teaching,

discipleship, small groups ministry and relevant outreach, and mentored a

diverse staff and volunteer leadership team to launch and effectively grow

the church. (Emanated from Metro Community Ministries.)

Called to serve on two separate occasions. Helped to create and lead a

successful college ministry as a volunteer leader and later as the College

Pastor in the 1980's, and managed a large staff charged with growing the

young adult and college ministries as the Associate Pastor of Frontline

after the ministry began.

. Introduced a ministry infrastructure and helped grow Frontline (the

young adult ministry) to over 1,200 people with 12 ministry teams that

represented 800+ volunteers and 30 staff and volunteer team leaders.

. Started, led and grew the Frontline college ministry with 7 teams and

10 staff and volunteer leaders.

. Effective teacher at Frontline services, conferences, and workshops.

. Mentored and discipled a number of young adults in effective biblical

teaching, doing ministry teams and leading church ministry. Many are

now serving in church ministry around the country.

. Designed an assimilation ministry system where over 70% of Frontline

attendees began serving and participating in small groups. Many also

grew into becoming leaders of ministry teams and small groups.

. Created and grew the small groups ministry to 25+ groups.

. Helped to launch and grow a lay counseling ministry at the church that

impacted hundreds of people.

. Led a lay Bible college program focused on helping hundreds grow

spiritually and some enter ministry.

Over six years of public accounting, auditing and consulting services for

organizations including Pricewaterhouse Coopers and the Northern Virginia

CPA firm, Hoffman, Morrison & Fitzgerald. Six years of experience as a

Financial Controller and Manager turning around a company to help it become

a viable, healthy franchise in the Northern Virginia and metro Maryland

area (Goodyear Tire and Auto Franchise Stores).

Served as the Administrative / Evangelism Captain for Promise Keepers - RFK

Stadium Rally (1995, 1996)

Recruited, trained, coordinated, led and served 2,000+ volunteer

evangelists / counselors over period of 12 months and devised stadium field

grid system plan for volunteer evangelists / counselors that was used for

stadium rallies.
