As Supervisor of Contract Administration Team, my team has 6 contract
administrators, 16 different contractors and a budget of 600 million AUD. I
supervise site contract operations to ensure the effective administration of
contracts, implementation of the standard work process procedures and the
automated contract management systems and training of personnel assigned to
support contract administration.

Traffic & Logistics Import/Export Manager-Bechtel is EPC for the Chevron LNG
project. I was responsible for the movement of cargos in and out
of Angola in support of project requirements and control of custom documents.

LANCO Acceleration Team-Chief Operating Officer (Acting General Manager)
• Bechtel is providing support services to ExxonMobil, the operators of the PNG LNG
Project.
• The function of the Lanco Advisor is to build the business capacity of Landowner
Companies (Lancos) to service the PNG LNG Project.
• Support is provided to Landowner Companies in each of the operational areas of the
project. I was appointed by Bechtel Executive Management and served as Chief
Operations Officer (Acting General Manager) of a landowner holding company, LABA.
LABA has been established by EHL (ESSO Highlands LTD) to contract for specific,
directed work activities for the ExxonMobil LNG process facility. LABA shareholders
include four corporations representing four villages, totaling 30,000 people impacted
by the project. As Chief Operations Officer, reporting to Bechtel, EHL Senior
Management and interfacing with the LABA Board of Directors, I had the primary
responsibility of leading and directing a multi-national Bechtel Team responsible for
establishing and organizing the holding company and its business enterprises.
Contracting entities being established include a self-performing, 4000 man labor
supply division, fleet of dump trucks and two separate joint ventures, with international
partners for security, catering and camp operations.

Senior Base Manager (located in Luanda, Angola)
• Responsible for the completion of the modules on the Dolphin 111 (JACK-UP) from a
drilling module to a production module, producing 15,000 BBL per day production.
• Responsible for development of business opportunities in Angola’s offshore oil and
gas industry specific to project management of production, construction,
commissioning and equipment rentals.
• Responsible for the administration of contracts and/or amendments, as required,
with the sub-contractors for our client. I managed the negotiating process of
completion and production equipment for Sonangol P&P, in Block 2, Morsa West.
• Responsible for onshore operations associated with Hook Up and Commissioning
(HUC) phase of Dolphin 111, which included the operations of shore base team of 2
base managers, 2 logistics managers and 2 material managers. Responsible for all
personnel visas (100+) and logistics in and out of country, to and from rig.
• Responsible for all material handling which included the procurement of
material/supplies/equipment, control of customs documentation and direction of all
imported equipment, supplies and materials.
• Maintained weekly contact with client (Sonangol P&P) for the purposes of identifying
business growth potential, and to provide support for ongoing operation which
included project evaluation, budget variances, and schedule impacts.

• Responsible for the business development and the operations of 60 Vessels in 12
Countries in South East Asia, South America, West Africa, and Middle East based in
Singapore, Jakarta and Macae, Brazil living ten (10) years internationally.

increased Offshore Logistics market share 4% annually during this period.
• Responsible for administration of all Tenders, Bids and Negotiating Contracts with
International Oil Companies and Drilling Contractors.
• Instrumental in the Joint Venture with Petorbras. I was one of a four man team that
inspected the vessels, managed the dry docks, and performed the sea trials and
acceptance of 13 R-Class AHTS Vessels which Offshore Logistics operated.
• Identified and developed business opportunities which resulted in 16 additional
contracts for ARCO and IIAPCO. I was responsible for purchase and mobilization of
flotilla of 16 vessels from the Gulf of Mexico to Singapore. The vessels consisted of
anchor handling tugs, supply boats, crew boats.
• Provided Logistic Support for the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, and Construction
Industry, generating over 25 million dollars revenue annually.
• Mobilized 2 Bell Helicopters (412) from Jacksonville Florida to Saudi Arabia
contracted for The United Nations by utilizing Ro-Ro vessel-Using the Ro-Ro vessel
resulted in a mobilization profit of $500,000 versus the standard disassembling,
crating, containerizing, ocean freight and reassembly costs.
• Established Joint Venture Company, feasibility study, and initiated contract work with
National Nigerian Petroleum Corporation, in Nigeria for our Air Logistics Helicopter
Division.
