Synopsis:

Manage IT Infrastructure build out projects by converting logical

requirements into physical infrastructure designs. Establish and manage the

Infrastructure build out components to project completion. Develop and

steer communications plan with business stakeholders, technical SMEs,

budget and procurement teams, data center management / capacity planning,

as well as the various functional teams executing the work packages.

Infrastructure Project Management

. Wing- to-Wing Project Management for IT Infrastructure projects by

working with stakeholders to convert soft requirements into physical

infrastructure designs, build out the Infrastructure and hand over to

operations support.

. Establish and manage the Infrastructure build out to project

completion. Including hardware required software licensing, compute

infrastructure, etc.

. Ensure core, supportable technical specifications are scoped for

projects (reg. storage, backup, servers, web, database and enabling

tools infrastructure)

. Develop stakeholder communications plan, Continuous communication is

fostered with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, costing and

procurement teams, data center management/capacity planning, as well

as the functional compute teams executing the work packages.

. Project Plan development: Communication, Scope, Costing, Scheduling,

Integration and Risk Management.
