Vendor / Sub Contractor control – To ensure the Contractor/s are keeping to the programme and protocol of the site. Multi discipline co-ordination between the various contractors to ensure continuity of work and to ensure that the implementation and maintenance of the QMS and SHE standards are maintained through the various in house departments.

Client Liaison- Reporting of progress and co-ordination with the Client to ensure the works are being built within the required standards and time. To co-ordinate any problems that arise with other contractors and or Client works.

Construction Reporting – Reporting to the Management on the ongoing site activities inclusive the correlations of staff reporting i.e. Contract Administration, Safety, QA, QC, HR, IR, Warehousing and Logistics and Construction Supervisors.

Accountability for cost and value of on site expenditure within budget regarding erection, site instructions, cranage and general day to day costs.(in conjunction with contracts administrator)

General Management - Co-ordination of staff activities on site, ensuring that onsite and office structures for reporting are in place.

Commissioning and close- outs. – Co-ordination of the commissioning, with the relevant Engineers and clients/vendors. To ensure all relevant documentation is in place for client submission.

Site Establishment – Arrange and set up site establishment to suit requirements within given budget inclusive communications, office requirements, transport and accommodation
