complex multi-phase renovations. Experience in IDIQ and JOC, contract delivery methods and projects. Have worked on a total of 15
different hospital projects in 11 states, these projects include three replacement hospitals, three vertical expansions on existing working
hospitals, three VA hospitals and two Air Force Base hospitals.

Contractor. Working on a Boat Ramp Project as part of the USACE Kissimmee River Restoration Project,” the largest river restoration
project in the history of the world” . Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining Quality Control Plan, Working with USACE’s
QCS computer software, use the USACE three Phase Inspection system requiring the Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up inspection
process, Submitting on required shop drawings through the QCS/RMS software, Maintain Daily logs, Request for Information and
correspondence. Make required field inspections, verification work quality meet plans and specified requirements; follow up on all
required testing and certifications. Maintain professional level of communication with designers, subcontractors and USACE, QAR’s
and Project Engineers. Chair the weekly Progress Meeting, write and distribute meeting Minutes.
Dec 11, 2009- Jan 2012 – Quality Assurance /Construction Manager- Contract Employee of JM Waller and Associates; for the Army
Corp of Engineers at Dover AFB, Dover Delaware. Two projects under construction a 45, 000 SF renovation of three story active clinic
(MTF) and the construction of a $65 Million ground up Medical Examiner’s Building (AFMESA). Act as the Army Corps on site rep.
Use the USACE’s QCS/RMS construction software to track, Submittals, RFI’s, Daily Logs and RFP’s. Field verifies work completed in
compliance with plans and specs.
