While at this post the department has brought in

over $1,000,000.00 for

infrastructure projects to the county. We have

stayed within our budget. We

had a budget windfall of $668,000.00 which we used

to repave 11 miles of

road. The past 2 years the road department has

updated their equipment at

minimal cost to the taxpayers.

A preventative maintenance program has cut the

equipment replacement by

25%. Maintenance in the past was done by out side

sources, this system was

replaced with an in-house system. We now do 90% of

our maintenance

in-house.

Site Superintendent TJ Lambrecht June 2008 to Dec

2008

The job I was assigned to was the installation of a

new cell at a landfill in

northern Indiana. While working on this site we

moved the material with

challengers with scrapers, and articulated trucks.

My crew also installed

the bottom plastic liner, and built the access

roads.

While working as a superintendent I managed dirt

spread operations or a project

in Florida. When our team took over the project

it 8 months behind schedule,

9 months we were 4 months ahead of schedule. Some

of my other duties included

being truck boss for the entire project. On any

given day we ran 40 to 60 on road

trucks on the site. I was also charged with

recruiting new trucking companies.

While working for this company in Ohio, I gained

extensive knowledge of road-

way rehabilitation techniques and finish (punch

list). I also have bridge repair and

traffic control experience.

checking grade on dirt spreads,

helping pipe crews, and other general labor

tasks.
