Troy, Michigan, USA - NA Forecast / Demand Analyst

. Created and managed Sisamex (Join Venture in Mexico) Master

Demand Schedule with a consensus forecast for the 4 major

business units.

. Standardization of product categories by business unit.

. Analyzing forecast accuracy by volume and product mix.

100% deliveries, and scheduling the production line by different

priorities.

up the releases schedules and shipments to assure the production

plan was feasible and communicating with production and

scheduling the supplier deliveries status.

production line disruptions and expedited shipments.

. Working with Logistic department to follow up on shipments

tracking and pick up schedules and arrivals to Customs and

expedited or critical shipments.

. Participating in production meetings interacting with other

areas to provide information about supplier shipment and deliver

status and getting involved in the day to day operations issues.
