Program Manager
Managing electric vehicle products for this $7B company. Responsible for all GM programs, including
Chevy Volt. Won and developed the first Tier1 business program for Delta in North America.
Products include charging modules, battery modules and inverters. Other managed commodities
include traction motors and integrated starter-generators. I am in daily contact with an international
team of electric vehicle experts, launching products in this growing segment.

Senior Program Manager
Although a departure from the automotive space, this position remains a challenging opportunity
serving to broaden my program management skills. I currently provide high-level program
management to this advanced research and development firm that provides technology solutions to
the US Department of Defense and other government agencies. The programs are usually classified
and very complex. This is why they sought out my program management skills and experience. I
manage a team of 17 PhD. scientists, engineers and support staff as well as several multi-million

Senior Program Manager, North American Vehicle Programs
Leading a cross-functional, international team, I was key in the negotiations and technical
development of advanced electronic products and interior components, including state-of-the-art
audio systems and center console control panels using touch-sense technology that are now in use
on many Ford Motor Company vehicle platforms. I developed grilles and badging systems to convey
the Sony brand in Ford vehicles. Sony now enjoys an exclusive, long-term contract with Ford for
branded audio systems. Not only did I gain this business, I led the technical development and
launched it successfully. The business continues to thrive as evidenced by growing sales and very
strong customer relations. Other expertise includes mobile cameras, including CCD, CMOS and DSP
enabled systems. My roles included marketing, technical and engineering leadership, commercial
negotiations, team development, product development, international liaison (with Japan and Europe),
launch leader and Tier supplier management, among others.

was moving from an analog to digital platform. By orchestrating several of Motorola’s resources in
the automotive and cellular areas, I led the applications engineering team that successfully launched
the world’s first all-digital Telematics system for Ford Motor Company.
