AZ. – Medical Imaging Supervisor
As the Medical Imaging Supervisor I oversee all aspects of medical imaging to include but not
limited to budget management, personnel management and evaluation, equipment selection and
purchasing, crisis management, and overall daily activities for the department. I am also active in
strategic cost saving, outpatient imaging marketing, and strategic safety development. I have
approximately 15 direct reports and manage a total of 15- 25 individuals daily in Ultrasound,
MRI, CT, and Diagnostic Radiology. I am in charge of the training of new personnel and

07/02/2006– 06/05/2010. Madigan Army Medical Center, Ft. Lewis, WA. - Chief Military
Technologist Level II Trauma
As the Chief Military Technologist I was responsible for overseeing and evaluating military and
civilian CT personnel in their daily performance. I am in charge of the training of new CT
personnel and responsible for compliance of all federal and military regulations to ensure the
safety of patients and staff. This department performed on average 1500 exams a month with a
scheduling backlog of only two weeks. Equipment used: GE: 4, 16, and 64 row scanners. A wide
variety of exams are performed to include but not limited to routine exams, biopsies, drainages,
angiograms, cardiac studies, and virtual colonoscopies. Proficient in I.V. placement using 24-18
GA. needles, and experienced with many types of contrast media to include: Visipaque,
Omnipaque, Ultravist, EZ Cat, Ready cat, Volumen and Gastroview. Patient ages range from
infant - geriatric.

Shift Leader
Diagnostic shift supervisor in charge of evaluating military and civilian radiology personnel’s
daily performance. Responsible for the compliance of all federal and military regulations to
ensure the safety of patients and staff. Utilized RIS, GE Centricity PACS system and Exam
