I am an operational and strategic leader who increases profitability by
modeling and optimizing value streams, thereby providing end-to-end
visibility of firm processes. Effectively communicating across silos, I
leverage data-driven insights to reduce forecast volatility, identify and
overcome production constraints, optimize distribution networks, and effect
lower operating costs. I am the guy who solves problems and gets stuff done
because I effectively use facts and easily communicate high, deep, and wide
across the organization.
In my most recent role, I
> Created global production, inventory, demand models for $700m of annual
revenue
> Effectively managed working capital, decreasing operational risk and
inventory investment
> Successfully navigated a catastrophic production failure, preserving
market share
My core competencies are:
Operations/Logistics Leadership Value Stream Mapping/Analysis
Budget Management Production/Demand Planning
Performance Evaluation Safety & Quality Assurance
