1. Mettler Toledo (Nov'10 - Dec'12)

Skill Set: Functional Testing

Roles & Responsibilities:-

. Working as an Automation and manual Tester for Mettler Toledo project.

. Automating the manual test cases using IBM RFT as the back end

automation

tool and using a framework(ATAF-Accenture Test Automation Framework)

at front end to test the functionality of various modules/functional

areas on SAP application.

. Proper Understanding of the SAP Functionality in various modules.

. Development of test scripts and test execution.

. Developing re-usable object mappings which can be used across test

scripts.

. Reports upload / Defect Reporting in SAP Solution Manager and then

replicating it in HP ALM Quality center V11.0.

. Defect Coordinator - To initiate Daily Defect Triage Calls and make

analysis of the defects raised.

. Expert in test scripts development and coordinating with development

team to fix bugs.

. Troubleshooting the HPQC and HP Sprinter related issues. I was the

point of contact for all folks in the project.

. Working on HP ALM QC V11.0, HP Sprinter V11.5 since March 2012. Have

gained very good knowledge in the HP Tools for manual testing.

. I also hold responsibility of TD Admin role for HPQC(not fully fledged

though) for project.

. Provided HPQC training to project members and as well to Chinese

counter parts working for the project.

. Sound domain knowledge of Products -Industrial Equipments and SAP

Functionality.

. Resourceful team player and capable of delivering tasks within

stringent timelines. Excellent communicator with strong analytical and

problem solving skills.

. Worked on almost all the SAP modules- FIN,SAM,SVC,SCM and also

automated End to End test cases as well with help from functional

people in the team /process champions from onshore team.

. Learn different SAP modules and get understanding on the functionality

of test scenarios.

. Learn test automation tool (Work soft Certify) Basics /advanced topics

. Automate test sets/business processes using the test automation tool

and ensure to follow automation standards.

. Update scripts with necessary changes (If any) once the script is

reviewed by SME

. Execute the test set using the tool as part of regression, health

check execution activities

. Create the defects in QC with all the required information and

screenshots

. Re-testing the defects as per the fix and changing the defect status

in QC accordingly by providing the comments
