while under a performance based federal contract to 61st Civil Engineering
and Logistics Squadron (61 CELS), United States Air Force Base, El Segundo,
California. For this construction oversight that included approximately
(50) FY2010 and FY2011 sustainment, restoration / modernization, and MILCON
projects, I successfully developed and implemented a streamlined method of
receiving, logging, organizing, tracking and disseminating all construction

construction project administrator of this $340,000,000 runway revision /
taxiway relocation (25L) and "remote gates" project. Assisted with the
project and document control process in receiving, logging and distribution
of documents, scheduling, calendaring and coordination of all meetings,
vendor and guest contact, monitoring of airfield security badge
information, facility and maintenance issues, phones and supplies. Actively
interacted and supported the on-site partners such as the LAWA Engineering
Project Management Division, Inspection team, Public Works Division, the
Federal Aviation Administration, and the general contractor; Tutor Saliba
Corp., in joint venture with O&G Industries.

Expeditor for multi-family, residential Huntington Beach based general
contractor. Performed all administrative tasks to support project manager
and field site superintendent on a $42,000,000 condominium development
project ("The Serenade"). Performed final review of submittals and RFI
processes to ensure accuracy of logging, tracking and distribution
utilizing Primavera Expedition software program. Requested, collected,
logged and monitored for renewals and expiration the Owner Controlled
Insurance Program (OCIP) for all subcontractors. Received and disseminated
daily updates on project from on-site partners including the architectural
firm, engineering firms, subcontracting and utility companies. Participated
in weekly subcontractor meetings and produced meeting minutes. Monitored
monthly billing process by compilation and logging of subcontractors
"schedule of values" submissions. Participated in the creation and
maintenance of punch lists and files. Ordered, distributed and updated all
blueprint sets, managed all supplies, telephones and faxes.

$65,000,000 multiple general contractor mixed use project for the city of
Beverly Hills ("The Crescent"), which consisted of 88 luxury apartments and
a 4-story 40,000 square foot class A commercial office building. Set up and
maintained master contract, proposal and vendor filing system. Logged and
collected pay applications and invoices and prepared all vouchers to
accounting for payment. Ordered plan sets and specifications from Ford
Graphics' Online "Plan Well." Managed construction project's off-site
parking arrangements. Distributed job directives delegated by project
manager and project engineer to all general contractors, architects and
consultants on the job. Tracked insurance certificates of general
contractors and their subcontractors as specified in contract. Collected,
logged and filed all preliminary notices and conditional / unconditional
lien waivers and releases.
