Synopsis of Qualifications
Program/Project Management expert with over 20 years of accountable
leadership experience, including 15 years direct responsibility for
business driven technical and non-technical projects (Business Processes,
Operations, Infrastructure, and SW Development). IT initiatives under my
charge are managed at the Portfolio, Program, Project and Analyst level for

As an experienced PM additional key strengths exist in support to Business
Development teams, Analyst assessment and interpretation, bid & proposal
support, establishment and deployment of R&D test teams. Leadership
responsibility was gained through Fortune 500 companies, Defense, and
direct executive level interface. Previous Kudos and recognition
acknowledges my ability to specifically address and resolve conflicts for
resources and project pipeline prioritization, as well as resuscitation of
troubled project. My years of working level comfort and concise
