Mold Press Operator

Duties: Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of mold press machine, use calibers and

micrometer to measure parts for specification. Operate sand blast machine to finish products.

Operate clicker press to cut and prepare parts for shipping.

10 2010 to 10 2011 The Reserve Network Solon, Ohio

Chamber Welder

Duties: Welded fitting onto valves and operated sand blaster to finish products to complete a series

of valve fittings. Completed Quality assurance by using the micrometer to meet specifications on

part that were finished. Assisted with packing and shipping.

Progressive Press Operator

10 ton to 400 ton press

Duties: Operation of stamping press, used micrometer to measure parts to specifications,

completed die setter operations. Participated in material handling, tow motor operations, operated

on overhead crane. Completed quality assurance by inspecting parts for specification errors.
