The PCAOB is a non-profit corporation established by Congress in 2002 by
the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to oversee the audits of public companies in order
to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in
the preparation of informative, accurate, and independent audit reports.
Highly engaged Budget Analyst that focused on the Board's strategic
planning and budget development cycle in addition to developing strategic
plans and budgets for the organization and it's departments. Conducted ad
hoc analyses of programs to refine and mature the organization in its early
years. Additionally:
Established organization and department budgets, analyzed department
priorities against internal investments, and conducted financial
projections and reviews. Supported SEC approval of the PCAOB budget by
developing materials for public hearings and the annual report

working with the Office of Finance to analyze travel spending trends
