Feedback Job enrichment was helping employees to get more
rewarding work but it was evident that this was
just not enough to prevent attrition. In order to
have a satisfactory, pleasing and rewarding work
environment, my suggestion to the company was to
come up with non-monetary employee benefits,
extra-curricular facilities, motivational workshop
and a mandatory plan for training and development.
*Job Enrichment - Job enrichment is an attempt to motivate employees by
giving them the opportunity to use the range of their abilities.
** Attrition - Attrition is unpredictable and uncontrollable, but
normal, reduction of work force due to resignations, retirement, sickness,
or death.
