Start by logging in on Qualcomm computer, do pre-trip on units, could be doubles or 53’

Trailers, run the whole state of FL. Sometimes we would run to Stone MT. Georgia or

up to NJ. Make sure BOL’S matched with our work order numbers and unit numbers.

End of shift or run do post-trip inspection and log out of Qualcomm.

Chemical Tank Driver

07/2011 - 11/2011 Transportation Services Unlimited Inc. Tampa, FL

Do pre-trip on tractor tanker, live load and off load about 5200 gallons of bleach, make

deliveries around FL. mostly Orlando to West Palm Beach and back to Tampa, pick up

monies owed if its COD, return to yard either in Port St. Lucie or Tampa do post trip

inspection and proper paper work and down load Palm.

Dedicated Driver

07/2010 - 06/2011 Oakley Transportation Lake Wales, FL

Do pre-trip inspection, live load and unload trailers, deliver to customers all over Florida

from the pan handle down to the keys. do post-trips and proper paper work, check in

with dispatch before going home. We pull dry-reefer- and tank, shuttle driver. Tankers

were all food grade

some open bore some with baffles, some SE regional runs also.

OTR Truck Driver

Do pre trip inspection, hook up to 53 reefer that was pre loaded, deliver to DCS and

vendors all over the US, mostly Eastern half, live unload at stops, pick up back hauls

and return to Tampa, FL. Average 5000 or more miles a wk. Do post trip and make sure

logs are right, check in with dispatch before going home.

Contract job, hauled mostly frozen foods and all food grade products. Did pre-trips and

post trips. I was a Material Handler when not driving, used handheld for work orders.

Tanker was open bore capacity of 5400 gallons legal limit, reefer was 48 ft. spread axle.

09/2001 - 10/2006 USF Logistics Lakeland, FL

Owner/Operator -start morning at terminal doing pre-trip on my unit pull 53ft. dry van pre

loaded, sometimes would pull 28 pups or doubles, and 45 lift gate trailers. Deliver to my

customers all over FL. take care of customers return to yard do post-trip, do proper

paperwork, check in with office for any additional work. I also did the MAINTENANCE

and REPAIRS on my truck.

Do pre trip inspection, pull into loading rack, live load tanker with product for my specific

route that day, deliver to my customers all over FL. from Pensacola to Key West. Take

care of my customers request, collect monies owed on accounts, also collected

Hazardous waste, return to yard do post trip and finish logs and paper work. I was also

the transfer driver for Port Everglades, I would on occasion pick up from LA. terminal

and return to Port Everglades.
