Scope of work at Site:
* Checking of AFC P&ID s, Pipe Line List and Piping Isometric Drawings for
critical pipe lines had been inspected in regard to whether notes and
comments in MOM as given by Lurgi have been implemented, arrangement of in-
line instruments, insulation of pipes and equipment.
* Checking of conformity of field installation with piping isometric
drawings for critical pipe lines had been inspected in the field in regard
to correct routing, correct connections and branches, correct arrangement
of valves ( flow direction ), access and operability of valves, arrangement
of reducers at pumps and control valves, arrangement of safety valves,
overhead clearance, straight pipe-run of orifices, orientation of orifice
tapping, alignment of flanges at rotating equipment (spot check
only),correct location of sampling points.
* Piping Supports for critical pipe lines had been inspected in the field
in regard to piping support concept, selection of correct piping support
structure, allowable pipe supports spans, conformity of supports with
piping stress analysis, location of fix points, anchors, etc, allowable
nozzle loads of equipment (spot checks only), expansion loops.
