Supervised up to 20 hourly production employee's from

Maintenance and warehouse employee's to machine operators and

packers. Handle day to day operations of the production floor

including the direction of leads.

Experienced in extrusion techniques, writing and implementing

SOP's, enforced all safety rules, executed discipline if

needed, push daily to meet all production goals. Insuring

production is met by according to standard. Supervising and

getting involved in all changeovers from current production run

to next and insuring next shift is left in an acceptable

manner. Making sure machine operators do first piece

inspections and hourly checks including recording checks into

quality software.
