A) Since April 2010 in Hindustan Polyamides and Fibers Ltd. Pune as Executive –
M anufacturing/Production.
• H industan Polyamides & Fibers Limited (HPFL) is a privately held and professionally
m anaged company with a tu rnover of US$70 million. H PFL has global leadership in
several products in its portfolio. H PFL the largest exporter of aroma chemicals
( Perfumery I ngredients) from I ndia and cur rently H PFL's exports account for 90% of

1. Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
2. Prepares monthly production plans & communicate accordingly with all concern
D epartments.
3. Coordinates with Sales Managers to:
Plan production capacities according to sales projections.
Monitor production vs. sales to review production schedule accordingly. Ensure
e nough replenishments of finished goods supply.
Apply effective modification on production plan for timely production of special
o rders.
Coordinates with procurement officers to ensure smooth supply of raw
m aterials.
4. Establishes quality control standards and procedures. Ensures strictly adherence to

5. Preparation of PMS/Monthly M IS & Technical Efficiency Report/Daily Steam & F.O

6. Supervises machines/equipments maintenance programs. Recommends machines
modifications if needed.
7. Ensure quality management before dispatch of finished goods – GC Analysis &
O LFACTORY.
8. Ensures smooth supply of spare parts.
9. Involves in preparation of short and long term plans to determine the
m anufacturing objectives.
10. Manage and monitor the operation of the plant and finish goods warehouse to
e nsure continuity of production and maintain organized receiving and dispatch of
f inish product.
11. Manage maintenance department and apply the preventive maintenance program
on all machines and equipment to minimize problems and shutdown scheduling to
e nsure timely and appropriate solutions are adopted avoiding major breakdown.
12. Establish production scheduling and recording system that will ensure accurate
r ecording of production figures and stoppage analysis to make timely and precise
r eports for company management and future planning.
13. Establish safe working procedures for all areas of operation in coordination with
t he safety department and ensure its implementation to keep accident to the
m inimum and reduce downtime.
