Company Responsibilities: Maintain the companies ISO/TS16949 certification standings facilitate in house inspections for the entire plant and satellite company's buildings that include;

• CTC Columbia SC, R-n-D center for the testing of engine variations with heat and sound. To insure the Plant/ facility holds to the ISO/TS16949 standards with particular attention to the gage/measurement qualifications. Maintain their yearly audit verification to PPT.

• Bowling Green KY, proto type facility designed to create and build new and innovative designs for PPT. to cover all aspects for ISO/TS16949 and pay special attention to management review and customer satisfaction. Maintain their yearly audit verification to PPT.

• Santa Clara CA Lab facilities, set this remote location up for PPT systems and ISO/TS 16949 functionality to comply with the lab standard set down by the TS standard.

Personal Job Responsibilities:

Certified (260-459-145) ISO/TS 16949 ast heir Lead Auditor: Create the Layered Process Audit (LPA) system established within the standards set in ISO/TS16949, create spread sheets for LPA, implement extended LPA plant wide, create work instructions for LPA, create slide show for country wide implementation/training of LPA for all levels of operators. To perform system audits in all areas and asses the need for corrective actions (CAPA) or 8D. Keep all documentation collected during audits, create documentation for audits, meet with management and other engineers on audits, plan in house audits, delegate other auditors in their inspection areas, accumulate and process reports and record their findings to upper management, back office and corporate, liaison to the external ISO ( TS16949 & 1400) auditors, push all CAPA's/8D's to be completed in a timely and correct fashion, assist other Engineering departments in solving customer issues and resolving the problem, audit suppliers in house/outside sites for ISO/TS16949 to determine compliance, attain and verify all departments records and documentations in the areas of work instructions, training, on the job training(OJT), score cards.

Quality Engineer for Quality Information System (QIS) Web Administrator: Maintain the Quality Information System (QIS) for accuracy, usage, updates, new documents loaded and correctness, assist/train new users into the system, remove and replace old documents, update revisions, update work instructions, create work instructions, load new documents into the system

Quality Engineer for Quality Training: Supply all training materials, documentation, excel slide shows for all quality related information to new hires and floor support. Create all excel slide shows for management to use in their training classes, coordinate with HR on training classes, set up detailed recording on floor for training, support on going in plant training efforts, create materials to support quality factions on floor/in house. Teaching use of Value Stream Systems for production and quality improvement.

Quality Engineer for ISO/1400 Environmental Auditor: Assist in yearly PPT plant audit for the Environmental and Safety document systems for the verification for the ISO certification. Ensure that all documents are available, correct and compliant with ISO 1400. Corrections that have been documented have been addressed and improved, management is aware of the audit and forward improvement, communications are present both in and out of PPT. Making sure PPT is current with EHS standards.

Work Experience

• First Article Inspection for the quality control conformance, documentation and protocol of the thermal protection systems on the Space Shuttles Atlantis, Endeavor and Discovery.

• MRB (Materials Review Board) auditor for corrective issues on root cause analysis and customer satisfaction.

• SME for the position of liaison and coordinator to USA, Boeing, and NASA for direct questions from the customer concerning problems with prints, EO's, work/flow and prepare possible solutions. Initiate proper internal corrections and document resolution of the issue. Verify specifications set down in OMI’s (Operations Maintenance Instructions).
