I manage the full cycle of recruiting. My involvement starts at sourcing candidates and take them through the recruitment process at Google all the way to offer acceptance.
Achievements and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing active and passive candidates through creative search strategies including: networking, cold calling, internet searches, on-line databases, user groups, blogs, patent searches and employee referrals with expertise in skills core to the company such as mobile technology, search, data mining, Artificial Intelligence, Information Retrieval.
• Conduct pre-screen of candidates to determine qualification match, availability, interest, visa status, salary range and relocation needs. I also conducted technical screens for engineering candidates.
