OBJECTIVES:
My goal, as a retired disabled veteran, is to obtain a challenging position to assist in team / organizational growth in customer satisfaction and business development.
SUMMARY:
My recent experience managing business and program development techniques in the manufacturing field for a FAA (Part 121 & 145) driven customer. Additionally, created a repair depot business while controlling turnaround times, pricing while maintaining FAA standards. Past experience include Logistics engineering, Military Advisor, US Army Air Defense Maintenance Officer. Well versed in all MS Office suite applications.

In late 2007 our customer (FAA based – Part 145 & 121) awarded MCA a full repair business contract to handle large amount of over flow to help maintain the spares pool to ensure continuous flow of material to their customer. I was assigned as the Program Management Coordinator for the new business. Individually responsible for the repair pricing, system engineering issues, coordination with MCA manufacturing and customer managers / engineers to ensure all aspects of the repair cycle was complete and correct to the FAA regulations. Additionally, continued to manage the Device Programming Section.
September 2005 – November 2007
After studying / applying contract-pricing was moved to Assistant Program Manager for 4th largest customer (FAA based – Part 145 & 121) responsibilities included, but not limited to, assisting in the management / control of the all contract, new contract development, repair business development, reliability / defect tracking studies, and issues concerning system engineering throughput studies. Additionally, continued to manage the Device Programming Section.
October 2004 - September 2005
In 2004 was moved to the Program Management department quotes section developing contract- pricing quotes for all customers analyzing technical data packages to ensure product can be correctly built to customer requirements. Additionally, developed the configuration – management system to control all document attached to the contract quote process. Additionally, continued to manage the Device Programming Section.
May 2003 – October 2004
Started in 2003 managing the Device Programming section for all MC Assembly’s (MCA) customers supporting Program Management ensuring all development issues are complete and correctly inline with customer requirements.

After moving to MOTOROLA from SPARTA was assign to take over as lead engineer to develop and integrate the Notification Center (Telephony and Messaging Services) for the IRIDIUM Satellite System. Duties included authoring system level requirements definition, orchestrating the network design methodologies in development of the ground station network interface protocols to ensure inter-operability with the complete system network. Developed all Reliability, Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA) studies to include Test Plans / Procedures, Test Summary Reports and a Requirements Verification Matrix to assist upper management view of the systems operational status.
May 1994 – August 1996
In 1994, working for SPARTA, Inc., was assign as a consultant to MOTOROLA to develop and implement the logistic and reliability programs for the wireless IRIDIUM satellite telecommunication system. Managed the integrated efforts of in-house engineering groups with subsystem contractors (vendors) to establish a liaison between all elements of the program. Guided numerous trade-off studies to determine the most economical means of managing costs and resources within an approved budget for MOTOROLA management. Results delivered a $50 million milestone payment and ensured the program was on schedule.
March 1991 – May 1994
Working for SPARTA, Inc. as a logistics engineer spearheaded a portion of the logistic effort for the National Missile Defense Systems (Brilliant Eyes & Brilliant Pebbles). Develop the hardware and software requirement for the ATM Switch Fiber Optics based networks for BE & BP. Assistant author of the Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) to include individually developing the reliability and life cycle cost models, and numerous studies to assist upper management in their decision making process during the transition from the development phase to an operational posture. Additionally developed the automated system for DOD’s configuration management department.
