Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing a team in developing Designs

• Design Development including grading, corridor and alignment design for health care, residential/

mixed use developments for concept, preliminary and detailed design;

• Prepare design drawings, estimates, scheme evaluations and reports;

• Ensure continuous technical improvement of the design team;

• Maintenance of a solid knowledge of industry standards and design codes.

• Undertaking acquisition and due diligence survey prior to the contractor being on site.
