Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for all multidisciplinary maintenance issues related to a recently opened 96 room hotel with

major construction defects and also various additional commercial (lease) properties owned by

management.

Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and leased

business complexes. Plumbing, laundry and kitchen equipment, lighting (electrical), heating / air

conditioning, dry wall, wall paper, swimming pool, paint, fire / smoke systems.

Monitor and secure inventory. Follow established ordering procedures to replenish supplies and

inventory.

Minimize waste. Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or threats to the security of

guests, employees, hotel, or lease hold assets.

Responsible for maintaining 100% guest satisfaction per Hampton SOP, through quick and timely

response
