Squillace Steel, 240 Westfield Avenue, Roselle Park NJ 07204. Company

specializes in design and construction of high-end spiral staircases for

residential penthouses, townhouses, and large public structures. March

1992 - Present

Gardenia Construction, 189 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Company

developed new construction and also did gut renovation of older buildings.

SKILLS AND OPERATION OF MACHINERY:

Experience in Operation:

. Welding and cutting equipment including Mig, Tig, and Arch welding;

. Plasma and Oxygen and Acylin torches;

. Magnetic (mag), punch machine, and grinder, and

. Metal saw, milling, lake, bending, shearing, and pipe notching

machines.

Specialized Experience:

. Ability to read and follow from blue prints;

. Experience with all types of structural work as well as metal stairs

and railings, including intricate spiral designs;

. Knowledge of industry construction codes, both residential and

commercial for steel work; and

. Ability to problem solve on job sites and make necessary adjustments

to meet code standards and complete projects within agreed upon time-

frames.
