To Whom It May Concern:
Until 2011, I was employed as a Land Development Manager in charge of multi-million dollar
residential developments for Robert C, Rhein Interests, Inc. - RaleighlDurham, North Carolina.
Unfortunately, the economy forced them to down-size. I am writing to inquire about possible
opportunities within your organization that would maximize the use of my skills in land
development and construction management.
As a Land Development Manager I offer the following services:
• Prepare budget estimates, turnkey estimates and perform site evaluation due diligence
for estimation to maximize profits;
• Develop project schedules including milestones to ensure on-time project delivery;
• Manage project contracts, bid solicitation and contract negotiations;
• Prepare project implementation plans for all project activities in coordination with
associated parties;
• Facilitate communications with local, state and federal officials as well as project
consultants to establish project requirements;
• Oversee site work to maintain costs, schedule, change orders to maximize profits;
• Maintain project reporting, testing, schedules and change orders;
• Prepare monthly project invoice reports, including verification with on-site supervisors
for grading, utilities, paving and landscaping; and
• Acquire project CAD files and prepare for on-site staking (staking is provided as needed
in order to maintain project schedules and milestones to ensure on-time project delivery
and profits).
These services are not focused on just one particular project. I have experience in maintaining
multiple projects with multiple contractors and or clients in various stages of development.
In regards to software experience I am competent in:
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project
• CAD and GPS integrated systems for equipment control and staking (Carlson and
Topcon specifically)
Additionally, I have experience and am comfortable operating an array of construction
equipment with the exception of a curb machine and paver.
Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to speaking with more regarding potential
employment opportunities in the Tampa Bay or Pasco County area.
Sincerely,
John T. Adcock

Dear Sir/Madame:
Jack Adcock has been working with my organizations for the past 10 years. He
executes each and every day to his highest potential. Over the years we have
designed and built 8 individual projects that total in excess of 15 million dollars
worth of work in the triangle area. Jack has the "get it done" attitude coupled
with the ability to make a project work within budget and on time. Most
importantly, Jack delivers a first rate product every time. I have relied greatly
on the field expertise and knowledge along with the ability to perform that Jack
has delivered for 10 years.

RE: JOHN (JACK)ADCOCK; LETTER INTRODUCTIONAND REFERENCE
OF
To whom this may concern:
It is my pleasure to write this Letter of Introduction and Reference regarding Jack Adcock.
I have known Mr. Adcock for over a decade, and worked with him in various capacities during
this time. Throughout our interaction, Jack has consistently shown himself to be intelligent, fair-
minded and goal oriented.
Jack worked directly under my supervision for several years during our tenure at a large Site
Infrastructure Development firm. He was directly responsible for managing multiple facets of
several projects simultaneously, specifically Municipal Interactions, Erosion Control Compliance
and GPS Staking and Mapping. In no small part due to his skills and ministrations, projects
fortunate enough to fall under his auspices were completed on time, on budget and without
incidence. One particular project was adjacent to an extremely sensitive and highly monitored
environmental buffer; although the project was visited numerous times by NCDNR and
NCDWQ, Jack's well placed GPS monuments and organized documentation allowed for all
parties to be satisfied and offering commendations.
I would welcome the opportunity to work with Mr. Adcock again, and can fully recommend him
for positions available within your organization .. I am certain that you will be very happy with
your decision. If I can answer any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Gib Lyttle

responsible for maintaining cost budgets and seeing that all work was completed in
accordance with Town standards and completed in a timely manner. Jack was also
President of the Brightleaf Homeowners Association and was responsible for working
with the management company and all homeowners regarding the status of the
Community and resolving any issues raised by the homeowners.

RE: Letter of Recommendation for Jack Adcock
To Whom It May Concern:
The following is a recommendation letter for Jack Adcock while he was employed at Ellington
Contractors Inc. Jack was Lennar's main point of contact for the Stonewater Development located in
Cary, NC. Stonewater is a 300 acre residential development with 5 phases consisting of 581 lots.
Weekly progress meetings were held on site by Jack throughout construction to discuss issues
concerning grading, utilities, and billing. His knowledge level of the project and all aspects of site
development coincided with the expectations of Lennar. He constantly made suggestions on how
Lennar could save money and time and was a valuable ally in delivering lots on time. Lennar was kept
informed of any changes or potential problems on a daily basis. Iwould recommend Jack for any
position similar to the one he had at Ellington. Furthermore, Iwould gladly be willing to work with
him on anything Lennar is associated with in the future. Please feel free to call with questions.
Respectfully,
Brad Whitehurst, PE
