Responsible for oversight of all vehicle accident reporting to ensure all required items of

Responsible for maintaining and operating within allocated budgets for maintenance costs and
tire costs for all fleet equipment. Initiated action plan to senior staff for increases/decreases of
equipment authorizations to the Table of Distribution and Allowances. Constant oversight of
vehicle specifications to determine replacement, weighing monthly mileage costs versus
vehicle capabilities. Prepared input for annual operating plan and funded budget for
maintenance department.
Responsible for verification and accuracy of all monthly charges, including building
maintenance, shop supplies, tools, outside vendors, and truck parts, to ensure all charges
were valid and accurate. Responsible for maintaining all records of these expenses.
Responsible for reviewing and approving any technicians expenses for example, any toll
tickets and credit card charges.
Responsible for development and implementation of shop safety procedures per OSHA
regulations, instructional seminars, and monthly safety meetings for all employees within the
maintenance facility.
