WORK EXPERIENCE
Clerical/Customer Service
Answer Phones, take and deliver messages, monitor and control computer and electronic data processing equipment,
coordinate and schedule the use of computer terminals and networks to ensure efficient use. Aide in the care and maintenance
of copier and fax machines. Also, assist students/ clients with producing a resume and other job search products such as:
formatting, editing, email and copying. Assist students with computerized job searching activities: cut/paste, emailing,
printing confirmations, and saving information on USB or other devices. Assist facilitator with clients boutiques selections
and reporting process, and assist in keeping computer rooms clean at the end of the day.
Sales
Greet customers entering establishments, answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints, receive payment by cash, check, credit cards,
vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Maintain clean and orderly
checkout areas, and complete other general cleaning duties, such: as mopping floors and emptying trashcans.
Independent Contractor
Maintain a safe play environment. Dress children and change diapers. Observe and monitor children's play activities.
Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Sanitize toys and play
equipment. Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served,
and medications administered. Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and
positive self-concepts. Identify signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring them to parents' or
guardians' attention. Assist in preparing food and serving meals and refreshments to children. Instruct children in health and
personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.
Customer Service
Handle and processed multiple case loads, filing, typing, answer multiple phone lines, take and deliver messages, filing,
typing, data entry, schedule appointments, assist clients with paperwork or questions about their case. Send and receive emails
regarding work orders or case status. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or
using a computer. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain
information, take orders, and address complaints. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond
to requests.
