system With PLC controls for increased data logging & repeatability for
cooks and formulations to scale up to full size manufacturing plants.

included safety training and training in proper G.M.P.s.
> Worked with Plant Manager to implement CMMS as first preventative
maintenance in Process Plant. Also developed a series of low cost
vendors,and in conjunction w/ CMMS system in place, was able to
balance maintenance budget for first time.
> Became part of A.I.B. inspection team which consistently scored
over 900 for 5 years in a row.
> Received " well cotrolled" on Green Team in second year. I was in
charge of air emissions, spill response, and hazardous chemicals.
> Maintenance support in test market Process Lab.
