• I was trained while in the service that you are not the only one that matters.
There are people above you and below you that count on you to insure that the
job at hand is completed correctly. I had a large amount of machinery and
equipment that I was responsible for. The duties I had affected not only those
onboard the vessel’s I served, the person’s I may have to rescue in general terms, but
also that it kept all system’s operational to perform its mission in a safe and
reliable condition. This in turn insured that whether someone was being rescued or a
military deployment was ordered we could be relied upon to perform our mission.
