leave payouts before Payroll deadlines. Process and review daily and monthly reports and queries

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Assisted and attended meetings for the implementation of the new timekeeping system

(KABA) for temporary employees effective June 2011. The meetings consisted of timelines of

t he new clocks arriving, testing the new clocks, creating a mock payroll period, and running

reports to ensure the accuracy of the new system.

Involved in the testing of Peoplesoft 9.1 which was campus-wide initiated October 1, 2012.

T his implementation included writing scenarios to test for all employment types such as

students, 11-month temporaries, SPA, EPA, No-Pay and Visiting Scholars and Researchers.

Experience in job evaluation and analysis of non-exempt and exempt positions. Reviewed
