Position - Welder/Fitter

Duties - Weld lips, mullboards, spreader bars, Fab and Weld all different

parts for wear pieces on mining excavation vehicles.

(12-2007 - 11-2010) Production Tool Corporation

Position - Welder/Fitter

Duties - Welded Heavy gauge steel. Welded gussets and support pieces for

mining equipment. I.e. tire molds, crawlers and huge mining buckets.

Certified 3/32" flux-core and Dual Shield wire with this company for a

specific job. All welds were UT tested.

(4-2004 - 11-2007) Union Tank Car Co.

Position - Welder/Fitter

Duties - Welded sills and bolsters, man-way pads, and shoes on pressurized

rail cars manufactured for flammable goods transport. Used 0.45, 1/16th,

and 3/32" flux-core and 7018 rod for repairs. Air Arced for full

penetration welds. All welds were multi-pass welds. All welds were either X-

ray or UT tested.

Position - Lead Welder/Fitter/Detail Prep.

Duties - Welded everything that has to do with structural steel

applications that are possible in a shop atmosphere/environment. I welded

and fitted a lot of special beams, coping etc.Welded columns and stairs.

Did all detail work for various jobs. Made plates, notched angles, made

parts for everything!

Position - Structural Welder

Duties - Completed all necessary welding on structural steel jobs.

(6-1995 - 8-1998) Hawkeye Fleet (division of C.R.S.T. Trucking)

Position - Trailer Mechanic/ Welder/ Fitter

Duties - Made all repairs to Pneumatic, Van, and flatbed trailers. Repaired

brake systems, electrical wiring, aeration equipment, completed suspension

overhauls, everything. Main job was to do welding repairs and all the other

things just became part of my duties from learning while on the job. Did a

lot of MIG, aluminum wire. A lot of tank patches. All welds were pressure

tested.
