Lead Planner, using SAP and training other planners to input plans into
SAP, some scheduling (Primavera P6) for the Turnaround department. Planning
and Coordinating all activities associated with equipment repair and
maintenance, and piping replacements. Managing, and forecasting budgetary
requirements for all activities. Ordering materials through SAP, staging
and organizing materials for all work. Sending out bid requests, meeting
with vendors, tagging all work items in the field. Work with mechanical
coordinators to ensure all work is done in a SAFE, timely manner according
to the plan. Creating task lists in SAP for importing into P6 schedule. I
Work closely with lead scheduler to confirm resource loading, timelines,
and itemized scheduling. Extensive training in creating notifications in
SAP for requested work and conversion of notifications to work orders. T/A

My responsibilities included, converting operations notifications into work
orders, and planning the execution of the needed work, using SAP (PM
Module) (3.1). Planning piping replacement for retired piping to include,
field sketching, dimensions, P&ID's, engineering specifications, and the
planned work order for the Fabrication shop and field installations.
Marking P&ID's for upcoming T/A's, estimating man hours, and material take
offs. Scheduling all planned work in Primavera (P3) formulating a 2 week
look ahead for planned maintenance work.
Shift Superintendent, February 1996 - September 2005, Martco Plywood &
Paper, Chopin, LA
Shift supervisor/superintendent for the Dry Veneer side of Plywood
manufacturing. Responsible for crew leadership, and training as new hires
were brought in. Responsible for mechanical integrity of equipment and
repairs as equipment was scheduled down. Scheduling of repairs and scope of

Managed mechanical maintenance projects in HOVIC Refinery on St. Croix,
USVI . Was responsible for all departments, E&I, Welders, fitters,
insulators, scaffold builders, millwrights and coordinated the support
resources for all these crafts. Supervised 4 superintendents and was the
liaison with refinery personnel for scheduling all shutdown work and
routine maintenance. I was also responsible for safety goals, and budget
forecasts.
