Greetings Future business empoyeers:
I am interested in the Quality based/ reconized position with a manufacturing background.
Currently, I work with Joy Global Inc. in Millersburg, Kentucky, where I
directly oversee all employees in the Quality Department and carry out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's
procedures and requirements in all departments. My responsibilities also
include customer surveys, warranty claims, and training employees; planning
audits, assigning inspections, and directing rework and repairs; appraising
vendor items; addressing quality issues and resolving problems. Writing or
revising ISO 9001 procedures. Alerting engineering of drawing mistakes and
assisting in redesign.
Since November 11th, 1996 I have worked for Joy Global, Inc. I started in
the shop working on the floor and have built my career from the ground up.
I have currently held the position of Quality Assurance/ Control Technician
for 3 years with additional duties being asked of myself.
I come to you looking to better myself and to bring a great attitude and
work ethic to this company, my skills in manufacturing showcase my career.
I ask for you to consider my skills and accomplishments in selecting
the correct candidate for this position. Quality values should be only
second to safety in all companies' goals and that is what makes me the
perfect applicant for this job.
Working with your company would, I believe, allow me the opportunity to
continue my pursuit of a career as I look upward. I look forward daily to a
new challenge and consider myself very loyal to my employer.
It is with deep sorrow that my current employer has decided to with draw
from its current location and move out of state; with down turn in the coal
industry facing tougher trial and tribulations, our corporate headquarters
is consolidating facilities.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey T. Fryman
