As a home health aide I would assist the patient with personal grooming needs. I also prepared meals for the patient
and would also prepare meals ahead for the patient so they can heat up their meal when patient is alone. I also
assisted the patient to prepare their pills for them according to the medications needed per day. This in turn alleviated
any confusion for the patient. If the patient's bed linens were soiled or the patient requested that they be changed I
would change bed linens for the patient. In addition, I would wash any clothes the patient needed to have washed. I
assisted patient with toileting when necessary.
