Project Description: Over 950 sites are swapped from Motorola/Nokia Siemens

BTS to Huawei BTS in Limpopo Vodacom Phase 3 Swap. Post KPI's performances

should be better than Pre KPI's. Post Optimisation to be done on cluster &

Region basis. Post SSV done for all 2G/3G to ensure all basis

functionalities should be working. Cluster Acceptance based on post

optimisation activities. Post optimisation based on mainly BSC level

parameter changes &Physical optimisation to be done on very few sites. More

than one year swap was conducted in around 19 clusters on whole Limpopo

Region Vodacom network. More than 30 members involved in this project in

both drive test, analysis, optimisation. Finally project is ended &

therefore FCA(Final Cluster Acceptance) & FNA(Final Network Acceptance) is

successfully completed.

Project Description: Over 450 sites are swapped from Motorola/Nokia Siemens

BTS to Huawei BTS in Durban MTN Phase 2 Swap. Post KPI's performances

should be better than Pre KPI's. Post Optimisation to be done on cluster &

Region basis. Post & Pre SSV done for all 2G/3G to ensure all basis

functionalities should be working. Cluster Acceptance based on Post

optimisation activities. Post optimisation based on mainly BSC level

parameter changes &Physical optimisation to be done on very few sites. More

than 6 Months swap was conducted in around 10 clusters on whole Kwazulu-

Natal Region for MTN network. More than 25 members involved in this project

in both drive test, analysis, optimisation. Finally project is ended &

therefore FCA(Final Cluster Acceptance) & FNA(Final Network Acceptance) was

successfully completed.

feeder connections, Interference Etc. Presenting weekly report to customer

about Post optimization changes improvement. Migration drive report & LAC
