Development of medical direction protocols, quality assurance/CQI and training. Responsibilities: Created and managed the quality assurance and training programs for both the Nashville and Shelby County operations. Managed all aspects of human resources, worker’s compensation and employee health issues for the Nashville operation. Assisted in the scheduling of employees and ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management issues relative to the Nashville operation and it’s approximately 100-120 staff members. Managed special event EMS teams for all of Nashville area venues including LP Field- Titans Games and all concerts, Muncipal Auditorium, Gaylord Entertainment Center, Nashville Racetrack, and Starwood Amphitheater.
