SJRPP/JEA/Tetra Tech Cooling Tower Restoration Project
Create master schedule for SJRPP Cooling Tower Restoration/ICCP Project. Schedule was structured to reflect actual
work being performed by Zone/cycles/crews. The vertical challenge of performing the work had crew restrictions
which needed to be addressed in the schedule. Continual deterioration and corrosion of the tower was tracked in the
schedule to reflect additional work (square footage). Monthly variance reports were created to show original square
footage /cost vs. actual work performed. Schedule information was downloaded into GIS software to show crew
location on the Towers.

CSX – PTC
As Sr. Scheduler created PTC schedule templates and uploaded into Primavera 8.1. Schedule consists of 168
subdivisions, approx. 7,000 locations (225,000 activities) with multiple project interface ties within CSX and outside
vendors. Schedule was resource loaded to show track time usage amongst divisions and all departments. Created
dashboards for individual PMs to show rollups of cost, schedule, and earned value. Also created reports to be
downloaded into GIS system to show manpower/track time usage. Maintained weekly// monthly reports to show
progress. Trained CSX personnel in P6 Client and P6 Web.

COJ– Project New Ground (Consultant)
Created Master Schedule for 4 Remediation Projects – All projects are working in parallel. Meet with contractors on a
weekly basis and coordinate field activities with COJ, Public Relations Dept., trucking and all subcontractors. Update
and revise the working schedule to reflect actual field work. Schedules were resource loaded with BOQs/SOVs.
Track weekly construction (excavation/backfill) truck loads, change notices, and review monthly invoices against
truck load tickets and Schedule of Values. Attend weekly meetings, analyze and report progress and problems on a
weekly/monthly basis. Submit monthly summarized schedule and cost information/projections. Write monthly
narrative for schedule/cost variances to COJ.

Working as a Planner my responsibilities were to perform walkdowns of D&D activities and fully analyze hazards
associated with the defined scope of work. Coordinate schedule and update on weekly basis. Execute the
AHA(Associated Hazard Analysis) process and develop work packages for the D&D site work. Analyze the sequence
of activities, work area conditions and the equipment/material required to safely accomplish the work. Conduct
reviews of Lessons Learned databases prior to work package development to identify problems encountered with
similar work. Identify applicable procedures, RWPs, drawings, permits, etc to be included into work packages.
Initiate procurement of material/equipment necessary to ensure items were readily available. Obtain approvals for
AHA and work packages from disciplines. Execute D&D AHA/work package change control process to address any
scope changes in scope, hazards, or controls. Update Passport databases to reflect stage or completed work packages.

Created the master schedule in P6. Schedule was summarized by Engineering, Earthwork, Pylon & Drive Piers,
Equipment, Electrical Pipe Work, Frames, Mirrors, etc. Worked with Superintendents to coordinate field work with all
subcontractors. Schedule was flexible to show numerous layouts by different crafts/contractors and cost resource
loaded. CPM driven and created extra codes for extra work. Created numerous reports to perform cost and resource
projections on a monthly basis.

SBMI/SJRPP (St. John’s River Power Plant) $206 Million
Create SCR (Selective Catalyst Reduction) schedule to install structural steel, ductwork, piping, etc. Schedule was
man loaded which integrates into Black & Veatch master schedule. Weekly status meeting to discuss progress and
earned value EVMS. Updated schedule and FPMS (Field Progress Measurement System) and analyzed each one in all
divisions. Distribute reports throughout plant. Review schedule variance, CPM, actuals etc. Estimate additional work
and tracked all RFI’s/Change notices and inputted into schedule. Tracked BOQ’s for tonnage of steel erected and
ductwork. Coordinated truck deliveries to ensure in timely manner of materials were delivered and matched bill of
material. Created “extra work” cost codes and incorporated them into the master schedule and adjusted contract
budget accordingly. Created monthly schedule/cost reports to reflect EACs, ETC, cash flow, cash and manpower
projections and write ups of positive/negative variances within + or – 10%.

Fountaine Bleu, Wynn Encore, Planet of Hollywood Over 6 Billion
Assisting several companies in creating master schedules. Created master schedules that were fully cost/resource
loaded for three casino projects in Nevada. Wynn Encore, Fountaine Bleu & Planet Hollywood. Each project had over
25,000 activities. Weekly/monthly review meetings. Met with several contractors to help them create their portion of
the schedule and then incorporated their schedules into the master schedule. Evaluated critical path, man-hours vs.

Creating estimates and schedules for five counties surrounding Polk County (approx. 600 projects)
Schedules consist of transportation and water/sewer facilities. Schedules are cost loaded. I am meeting with the
subcontractors and creating their schedules which will rollup into the Master Schedule. Attend weekly meeting and
training URS employees how to maintain their schedules. Cost and schedule variance analysis being done monthly
with a monthly presentation to Polk County. Writing Project Controls Procedures for the departments to help them get
the paper flow going in the right direction. Set up Expedition on their network to track change orders, cost, budgets,

6/06 Senior Project Controls Engineer - Northside Generating Station – CFB Plant
Created schedules for Unit 2 & 3 JEA Outages – Siemens
Track daily progress for Siemens Turbine work and Foster Wheeler’s Boiler work, plus all
Operations/Maintenance/Projects for JEA. This was a fast paced critical project with a lot of coordination between
vendors, contractors and limited time constraint for crane usage. Resource/cost loaded schedule and incorporate all
change notices into schedule to show variance impact. Create schedules to maintain/track the status of JEA Power
Plant/outages using P3e. Oversee projects to ensure efficient use of manpower and control cost. Status schedules
weekly/monthly and create cost graphs/reports to Management. Analyze JEA schedules to ensure they are being
monitored correctly thru Target Smart for Quality Assurance purposes and perform work in a timely manner.
ACE CONSULTING INC. - The Stellar Group 4 Billion
Work with Project Managers to create their master schedule for the Dubai Palm and Trunk Projects. (5 Chiller Skids
that were fabricated in US and shipped overseas to Dubai. Flew to Dubai and met with client to create master schedule
and meet with contractors. Baselined schedule and incorporated all time delivery delays. Created reports for the PM
to track his cost/resource variances and percent complete. On call for any project updating or problems.
ACE CONSULTING INC. - Merlin Project 1 Billion
Created one master schedule for the Merlin Project which consisted of 5 homes in Nevada that were 20,000 square feet
each; set up schedule to reflect all craft personnel could coordinate work in a timely manner. Set up earn value reports
every two weeks and status schedule from Florida and flying to Nevada once a month for a routine walk-down of the
project.
Link Technologies/ADT – Nevada
Capital Improvement project for Nellis Air Force Base VA Hospital and Warehouse. Demo, renovation of the VA
hospital and hanger warehouse. Created a cost resource loaded schedule for several contractors and coordinated the
work effort. Assisted estimators in creating cost estimates using SUCCESS and downloading estimate into schedule.
Using cost database tracked and monitor weekly costs and schedule variances. Created monthly analysis report for
government and contractors to review on monthly basis.
Bechtel / COGEMA - Yucca Mountain Project Billions
As Sr. Project Controls Mgr. supervised 6 cost/schedulers. Restructured internal Project Controls Dept. Restructured
WBS/OBS, reports, created internal procedure manuals. Coordinated all depts.. for paper flow. (Financial, field, IT
Dept., executives). COBRA and Primavera were interfaced for cost/schedule tracking. Created Engineering Design
schedules for current and outyear projects for Bechtel/COGEMA; fully cost/resource loaded. Baselined schedules and

Working as a Consultant provided scheduling expertise. Created demolition/soil remediation schedules and tracked
daily status for North Plants Project. Daily walkdowns of the project occurred to report building demolition and soil
remediation progress. Interfaced Access and P3 to track cost, (Internal and Revenue) P.O.’s and Change
Control/Notices; download activities to show cost and schedule variances in Excel and attended daily meetings and
coordinated activities in the field.
Bechtel Nevada
Supervised 6 project controls engineers in the Waste Management Dept. Responsible for overseeing project schedules
which were fully cost/resource loaded. Worked closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure efficient use of
resources and provided long-range strategic planning and analyzed and evaluated schedules on a monthly basis.
Responsible for change control activities and earned value analysis and participated in development of contract special
conditions regarding contractor schedule requirements. COBRA and Primavera was interfaced for cost tracking
purposes and prepared monthly/quarterly progress reports for management. Created demolition/soil remediation
schedules and tracked daily status. Conducted daily walk-downs of the project to report building demolition and soil

3/00 Project Control Consultant - Planner/Scheduler - Project Coordinator/Senior Scheduler
Majority of these projects were Capitol Improvement. Design Build by NUS/URS and Black & Veatch. Using
SUCCESS software and BEST created cost estimates and cost projections for “outyear” projects. Estimates were
downloaded into schedules and also into cost databases to create cash flow and cost projects to ensure timely project
completion and under budget. Created schedules for Environmental and Remediation Projects, used Primavera to
create a multi million dollar billing schedule (13,000 activities) to report potential impacts to schedule & prepare
mitigation plans and what if scenarios. Created a 10,000 activity schedule that was fully cost/resource loaded,
reviewed critical path, logic ties, constraints, milestones, and codes on the Closure Project Baseline 2006 schedule.
Developed guidelines for onsite P3 scheduling, performed Monte Carlo on 2006 schedule to reflect worst case scenario
and schedule impact and wrote Integrated Work Control Packages. Interfaced with 11-Unit Process Teams to
determine cost estimates, goals, installation, and requirements, created template for bid packages and sent out bid

Responsible for operating and maintaining computer system for the Performance Assurance Procedure Group (PAPG).
Monitored the administration and use of the software applications. Responsibilities included developing a tracking
mechanism for DOE startup procedures in Access, and ensuring data security. Schedules were developed to allow
multiple levels of sorting and overall procedure forecasting completion dates. Interfaced with multiple support
