Design Release Engineer (DRE) for Electric Brake Control Module (EBCM) Software, and Hardware, including all chassis electronics documentation status. Analyze and interpret research results, report results to customers, and document findings in technical reports or papers. Develop new analysis methods and procedures as required to meet clients, supplier and manufactures. Modify standard characterization procedures and develop new custom test methods. Lead in contributing to problem definition and technical resolution of Braking system issues, also assisted in program and interface with all other related modules. Tested fuel tank temperature, cold chamber, and involve in the Witnessed European Brake and ESC testing ECE R13h. The North American Brake test equivalent is MVSS 135 for brakes and MVSS 126 for ESC. (Data Processing Brake Systems (1997-2000)

Developed a Durability Lab which used computer systems to monitor brake noise, vibrations, and shudder. Vehicles were driven on multiple drive routes for approximately 3 weeks, then data was analyzed, processed and reported out using organization charts, and graphs for engineering and ultimately for the customers.

Established a team to handle 2 to 6 months of testing at a multitude of different locations.
