as labels system with quantities to help with inventory. Set up an account with P and T Metal Recycling that was making the company

approximately $800.00 or more a month which they were not making prior to me working at American Solar Direct. Right before my

position was eliminated I had gone over all the numbers in our Bill of Materials and revised them. When I was finish the result was about

$3500.00 per job that we were not making, on our smallest job a 3 kilowatt job, our biggest job to date was a 12 kilowatt. So I fixed a big

mistake and hopefully the company can make more of a profit now. Kept the warehouse clean by mopping it once or twice a week which

had never been done prior to me doing it. Drove lean manufacturing initiatives using Seven Forms of Muda-Waste.

Duties:

• Kit all projects for the Chatsworth are as well as local projects, once that was done. I was to deliver jobs to Chatsworth storage

facility by 6 am for installers to pick up.

• I was to take pictures of each job staged and send to my Manager.

• Clean and organize storage facility, Bobtail of delivery truck as well as warehouse in the city of Industry. Replenish stock,

organized any rail and/or EMT conduit that needed to be put away or back in it's place.

• Receive pallet of items for stock from a number of vendors with forklift and put away within Twenty minutes of receiving.

• Process Bill of Material for each job that American Solar Direct did in San Jose, San Diego as well as Los Angeles and

Surrounding areas.

• Install and repair window treatment as far as shades and blinds in commercial as well as residential properties all over Los
