v Silicon wafers cutting by using C.N.C laser cutting machine.

v Pre-Diffusion cleaning of N type silicon wafers, Aluminum &Boron diffusion.

v Drive in single side lapping(only Diodes),oxidation photolithography(only Thyristors)

Phosphorus diffusion and Gold diffusion,(only Thyristors).

v Alloying (silicon wafers (AL disc &Molybdenum disc).

v Bevel lapping in diodes 20 &Thyristors is 27 (after 2 or 4 ).

v Al-Ag Metallization bevel etching, edge passivation (Lacquering)

v Electrical testing the element of Thyristors &Diodes.
