- Steam distributor for Acrylonitrile column - reduction of steam

consumption

- Change water injection in the finished product - reducing the

delivery time of the finished product (Acrylonitrile).

- Reduce height of filling the Quench column - increasing running time

- Optimization of the trays for the recovery column - increasing

running time and increasing the amount of product recovered.

- Quench columns equipped with coats of padding and dispensers

with dispersion nozzles.

- Columns for adsorption, desorption, stripping, separation and

rectification. Absorption column was provided with two coats of

padding manifold with nozzles, and separation plates.

- Desorption, stripper, separation and rectification columns were

equipped with sieve filter.

- Heat exchangers: preheaters, evaporators, condensers,

superheaters.

- Liquid Separators - liquid and gas - liquid (scrubbers) and

batteries of cyclones (gas-solid).
