the rescue to escape the person from H2S.

> Reporting of Equipment and Instrument Defects, Unwanted Noises and

Leaks immediately to Supervisor and take possible correct action.

> Reporting Daily Shift Activities, proper handing over to supervisor or

control room. Participate with team work and co-ordinate with

supervisor and foreman.
